Position Description: 
The Graphic Designer is responsible for the design, development, and management of email marketing campaigns, organic social media channels content, regular website updates, package design edits, printed collateral, retail displays, and other branded materials. This candidate will bring a combination of creativity and technical expertise to deliver engaging content across all channels, aligning with brand goals while driving measurable results. This candidate must be able to adhere to set brand guidelines while keeping a keen eye on how to bring our brand values and positioning to life in an ever-evolving creative environment. Extra credit if the candidate has video editing capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both brand and performance marketing, a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and time management skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and execute impactful campaigns.

Requirements:

• Experience with email campaign design and conceptual development and implementing designs across multiple platforms (email, social media, performance marketing, website, digital retail, physical retail signage, event signage and collateral, and printed mailers)
• A portfolio that showcases strong attention to detail, a modern design sensibility and the ability to design within set guidelines
• The ability to be agile and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working closely with other designers and copywriters on branded campaigns and creative executions
• Ability to design both print and digital collateral
• Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a perk but not required.

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a graphic design based role. 
• Bachelor’s degree or more in design, art or similar creative major. 
• Demonstrated proficiency with design tools in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of both brand marketing and performance marketing, with the ability to balance creativity with results-driven strategies.
• Ability to create high-quality, visually appealing content that is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—must be comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating clearly in written and verbal formats.
• High level of agility—comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong self-set time management skills—ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Experience with the utilization of project management software such as Wrike. 
• A passion for wellness, beauty, and lifestyle—experience in the beauty industry is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Works in a remote environment, either in a home or office setting.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use fingers to operate a computer.
