Community Manager - Remote position in Draper, UT area or Los Angeles, CA area.

DIME is seeking a strategic, analytics-savvy, and beauty-obsessed Community Manager to lead and scale our social ecosystem. This role goes beyond posting content; we’re looking for a data-driven storyteller who knows how to grow social platforms, build brand love, and lead a small team to execute with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and evolve DIME’s organic social strategy across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Facebook Community Group, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Set channel-specific growth goals and drive follower, engagement, and reach growth through data-informed strategies.
  • Collaborate with your team on content ideation, planning, and execution - ensuring brand voice and visual standards are upheld.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Own performance tracking and analytics for all platforms (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, conversions).
  • Build and share actionable insights to improve content strategy, posting cadence, and audience targeting.
  • Test new formats, features, and platform tools to drive measurable growth.

Community Building & Engagement

  • Oversee and grow the DIME Community Facebook Group, fostering meaningful conversations and insights.
  • Lead daily engagement strategies (comments, DMs, UGC amplification) to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Launch community-driven programs (giveaways, product feedback forums, loyalty spotlights).

Cross-Functional Brand Collaboration

  • Partner with Creative, Retention, Influencer, and Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Support influencer and ambassador initiatives with social strategy and amplification.
  • Integrate social strategy with product launches, campaigns, and key brand moments.
Budget Management
  • Manage and track the community and organic social budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Forecast and report spend, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and growth goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience in social media/community management within beauty, skincare, or wellness preferred ( at least 1-3 years of recent experience).
  • Proven track record of growing social accounts and building high-performing content strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset - confident interpreting data and turning insights into action.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a small team.
  • Deep platform knowledge: Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Facebook Groups, YouTube, and emerging social.
  • Collaborative and proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Creative and trend-aware with a sharp eye for content that performs.
