About the Role
DIME is seeking an innovative, strategic, and thorough Senior Copywriter to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a master storyteller who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces ambiguity, and brings fresh ideas to the table. They’ll be instrumental in developing and executing a cohesive, engaging brand voice that connects with our customers across every touchpoint.
As a key creative partner, you'll craft compelling narratives from concept to execution, helping to shape how our audience experiences the DIME brand. This role is heavily focused on copy creation and messaging strategy, while also mentoring junior writers and elevating the creative output of the team.
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling, high-performing copy across diverse channels, including digital campaigns, websites, email marketing, social media, product packaging, advertising, and more.
- Translate strategic direction and business goals into clear, engaging, and persuasive storytelling that resonates with the DIME Beauty customer.
- Develop, uphold, and evolve a consistent brand voice and tone across all touchpoints, informed by campaign objectives, consumer feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, creative agencies, and the leadership team to ideate, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns.
- Stay informed on copywriting trends, industry shifts, and consumer behavior to ensure messaging remains relevant, impactful, and performance-driven.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy, creative culture by offering solutions, feedback, and forward-thinking ideas that push creative boundaries.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within a creative agency or in-house creative/marketing/brand team.
- Proven ability to craft compelling, on-brand content for diverse audiences across digital, print, and packaging.
- Deep understanding of content strategy, brand positioning, audience psychology, and business objectives.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and storytelling.
- Highly creative with a collaborative mindset and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable receiving and applying feedback.
- Confident in presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
